Terms & Conditions


  • All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST for RETAIL Customers, but do not include any handling, postage or freight charges. All prices shown online are only valid online at the time shown.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • WHOLESALE PRICES GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices published on our website at any time.

Payment and Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payment for online direct retail orders/sales, will be processed at the time of Checkout after order completion.
  • For online orders we accept Visa card, Mastercard and Paypal transfer.
  • Orders that are sent to us via email, telephone or post, we accept direct deposit, cheque, bank cheque, money order & cash, as well the above card methods.

Postage, Handling, Freight and Delivery

  • We deliver our standard and express post parcels via Australia post. Some parcels will require a signature at the time of delivery. Therefore someone must be present to accept the package. For this reason we recommend, if possible, to deliver to an address that will be manned during business hours.
  • Other delivery methods may be available and the difference in cost will be at your expense.
  •  Delivery charges for Online direct retail orders/sales valued at $500 & under within Australia will be quoted at the time of checkout.
  • Freight charges for export orders will be quoted at checkout or prior to dispatch. These postage prices are for delivery in AUSTRALIA only. Any other countries will be quoted a new postage price once the order is received.
  • Wholesale orders – Delivery/Postage charges will be applied on an individual order basis and will be confirmed at the time of dispatch.
  • Once orders are received, they are processed, packed and shipped as soon as possible.
  • The length of time it will take for you to receive your order will depend on where you live. Please allow 21 days for delivery.  Express post is available, however pricing varies on weight and post code.
  • Most orders are despatched within 72 hours, however this may be slightly longer in peak periods and is dependent upon product availability.

Products & Availability

  • We do our best to keep stock of most items listed on our website. All stock availability representations (graphical or text) on this website are accurate as of our last known stock level and is subject to change without notice.
  • Some styles/colours may vary slightly from the images shown. All items in the Online Shopper have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described will be available at the time of the sale.

Return for Refund or Exchange

  • We ask that you choose carefully. If you need to return goods to us, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Returns Authorisation within 21 days of receipt of your goods.

  • If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, Toprail Equine reserves the right not to offer a refund. However we are happy to provide you with an item exchange or store credit voucher.
  • This is provided that the item is returned to our store within 21 days, is still in it is still original packaging, includes all instruction information, all accessories are included, is unworn/unused and in original condition.
  • If the item is not re-sellable at the full RRP a refund will not be given. If item does not meet re-sellable conditions then it will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer
  • We will gladly refund your purchase if the product supplied is faulty and we are unable to find a replacement.
  • The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs; therefore initial shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the return is a result of our error).
  • Please note that for exchange items you will be required to pay postage to and from Toprail Equine.
  • Returned items that are dirty or have horse hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the customer.

Please note this return policy does not apply to the following goods:

  • Special orders of non stock products
  •  Made to measure items
  • Personalised / custom made items


  • We do not accept goods returned on a COD basis – these will be returned to you at your cost.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.

Defective Items

  • Any goods purchased at a reduced price cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced simply because you have changed your mind.
